What we collect

Reading the site requires no account and no sign-up, and we set no advertising trackers.

When you ask to be called back through the demo form, we collect what you enter: your name, your email address, your phone number, your company name, the categories you bid on and, if you write one, your message.

Our servers also record your IP address at the moment you submit, solely to limit how many submissions can be made per hour and to prevent abuse.

Why, and on what basis

We use this to call you back, to prepare the demonstration and for the commercial follow-up that comes out of it. We process it because you gave it to us for that purpose.

We do not use it for anything else, and we do not add you to any mailing list unless you ask.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not pass it to third parties for their own commercial purposes. We do not publish it on the site.

Nothing you send through the form appears anywhere in the public directory.

Who has access

The people at the publisher responsible for commercial follow-up, and the technical providers who host the site and the database on our behalf, strictly as far as that service requires.

How long

Callback requests are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, and then for as long as our legal obligations require.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time; we will, except where a legal obligation requires us to keep it.

The public directory data

Buyer and company pages carry information that official sources publish openly: the name of a public body, the name of an awarded company, and the subject and date of a contract.

A company page carries only the name and the contracts formally awarded to it. It carries no size, no accounts, no registry record, and no amount the source did not publish.

A company or a buyer wanting to report an error, or to discuss information concerning them, can write to hello@furas.ma.

Your rights

You have a right of access, rectification, objection and deletion over the personal data you have given us.

To exercise them, write to hello@furas.ma from the address concerned, or to Imm. 118, Appt. 5, Av. Hassan Ier, Cité Dakhla, Agadir, Morocco. We answer as quickly as we can.

The processing of personal data in Morocco is governed by law 09-08 and overseen by the Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel (CNDP).
